SHORT AND SWEET HISTORY

The owner from Mount Lavinia stepped in to an old bungalow, off Hataraliyadda Road, Kandy sometime back, which was scheduled to be sold on Internet. The building was almost neglected as far as it’s maintenance was concerned.


Whilst witnessing this fact however, he was completely impressed by the outer surrounding, the Green Panorama! Within the next few seconds, he decided to purchase the property. Categorically being a new comer to the area, he was compelled to take about one year to re-construct the building with some extensions. This was how you see this enchanting-bungalow, Greenery Inn, today!


It’s grand opening was held on 14th of December, 2017.

HOW TO GET TO THE PLACE



There are two main-road accesses to the bungalow:

Colombo - Kandy Road
Kurunegala - Kandy Road

Whatever route you take, you must first come to Kambiadiya-Junction.

Colombo - Kandy Road:
Once you came to Pilimatalawa, turn left and come to Kambiadiya-Junction, passing Murutalawa.

Kurunegala - Kandy Road:
Once you came to Aladeniya, turn right and come to Kambiadiya-Junction.

From Kandy Town:
From Gatambe Junction, take Gannoruwa Road, turn right to take Murutalawa Road, come to Murutalawa, turn right and come to Kambiadiya-Junction.

Kambiadiya-Junction:
A board is fixed at Kambiadiya-Junction, indicating the distance (1.9 Km). Take Hataraliyadda Road. 2nd board is fixed at the by road to take, indicating the distance
(1.1 Km).
